Jefferson County Historical Society housed in 1878 Paddock Mansion

  • Raised the museum’s image in the community, bringing JCHS and Paddock Mansion back into the light, making them relevant and popular for all ages, boosting admission by 250%
  • Revised and rebuilt the internal organization, creating a self-sustaining system to grow the number of volunteers and to increase the emotional investment in JCHS
  • Created new Events Committee, drawing in active co-chairs to keep the vision
  • Restored staff’s integrity; terminated the negative, hired & encouraged the positive
  • Introduced Brainstorming session for community, while creating/revamping events
